1. How do you deliver the order?
Linder wigs do ship orders out by DHL and FedEx.
Estimated delivery within 4 – 6 business days after order is shipped out. Processing and delivery times may be delayed. Contact us to learn more.
We will send you Tracking No. by our system email when your order is shipped out.
2. How long will it take to receive my wig after I place an order?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Regular Processing Time: 4-6 working days
There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.
If the wig is not available now, it need extra 5-7 working days to process after payment received.
If you need the wig urgently, please check with our online service to see if the wig is available now.
If the wig is available, we will mail it out within 24 hours after receive your payment.
3.Can you deliver for Po.Box & Military Base address?
Yes, We can ship to there, buyer need to pay extra cost $25 for shipping.The shipping time is 7-15 business days.We don’t recommend P.O box address shipping, Shippng time is long and package may be lost.
4. Do I need to pay for duties & taxs?
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as "Wig Sample" or “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Linderwig is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
5. Do I need to sign for delivery?
It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be responsible for any package loss or damage.
6. Will you charge for a remote area fee?
If buyer address has a remote area fee, buyer need to pay it.
