Order change & cancellation policy

Stock Order: All stock order information can be freely changed and cancelled within 24 hours; Once beyond that time,some handling fee will be charged.

Custom Order: All custom order can change detail information and be cancelled freely within 48 hours once placing the custom order. A 20% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation of custom wigs after 48 hours.

Return & exchange policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer FREE returns and exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days. 

All products under the “Sale Zone” category & Customized order can’t be accepted return.

Return & exchange process

Step 1

Please contact our Linderwig service representatives within 14 days of receipt of your wig via email.
Email: service@linderwig.com
Please indicate the reason or reasons you want to exchange or return your wig, please attach any applicable pictures.

Step 2

Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address to send your unit to.

Step 3

Please ship wig back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.
Please do email us the tracking number to service@linderwig.com after you have shipped your package.

Step 4 

If you only do return for the order, We will only deduct $20 freight for the first shipping cost from your payment, you will get left money after we receive the unused product.

If you do exchange order, We will ship the exchange hair to you asap after we get the return one, If you are urgent to get the exchange hair, pls contact us service@linderwig.com.
